Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your package has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
